So, as always the information is great. Here's where you lost me. On the triangle chart for referrals (that's really laid out in boxes right now), I didn't know where to begin. It took me a minute to find 1. and then to go to 2. etc.

Also, while the dialogue format is innovative, parts of it are a little distracting. Visually, people don't like to read italics, so I'd go with different fonts or colors, but not italics. I'm not fond of the word "duh," it's very 1985. Also--part of me wants our right side not to be quite so ignorant. It seems like they might have an idea or two that the Wendy side could say, "Exactly, and that fits in this cabinet in this drawer."

Speaking of drawers . . . I still don't get which association goes with which kind of drawer. For example, PowerCore would go in my referral drawer. But would AMA Atlanta go in my GateOpener drawer, since Marketing Directors are definitely a target for me? Would the local Chamber of Commerce be in my Advertising drawer? Just not clear how that works.

And with the drawer concept, I'd like to see the little cabinet next to it, with the drawer we're talking about open, and the specific color-coded file out with the appropriate tab. It's almost like that concept was introduced so quickly, the reasoning behind it didn't sink in. I felt that way at InfoMinute Seminar, too. Visualizing the room with the cabinets, a little cabinet background, a little more why cabinet would be good for me.

Maybe not everyone wants to know the why of something, but I am someone who will Google why words like salmon are pronounced with no L sound. (Latin word for fish is Salmo--old english word has no L--at some point the dictionary people saw fit to Latinize words with Latin roots.) So why cabinets?
